When a package is shipped back to us due to an "Insufficient Address" or "Unclaimed" status marked by USPS the customer is responsible for paying the new shipping label fee for it to be sent back out to the correct address (as publicly stated on our "Policies" page, also shown below).
PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN PURCHASING. WanderStone Jewelry Co. is not responsible for any packages shipped back to us due to an insufficient address/unclaimed status marked by USPS. We work hard to make sure orders are packaged and shipped out as quickly as possible. Therefore, If you realize your address is incorrect, please email us IMMEDIATELY. If your order has already been shipped out to the original address you provided, you will be asked to repay the shipping fee to ship back to the correct address when it is returned to us by USPS.
If your package has been shipped back to us due to an "Unclaimed" or "Unable To Forward" status marked by USPS, please contact your local USPS services to discuss delivery options regarding your package. You will then have 5 business days to purchase a new USPS shipping label for the returned package to be sent back to you. After the 5 business days, the package will be considered surrendered and you will be issued a refund for the price of the item (original shipping price will not be refunded).
